At K & J Homes, we bring nearly two decades of experience in crafting beautiful, quality homes. Originally founded as Grand Homes Inc. in Mechanicsville, VA, we relocated to Kentucky in 2011. After working under Burch’s Construction to establish local roots, we have proudly built over 50 homes in our community of Barren County since 2017.

We are more than just home builders—we’re relationship builders. Married for 19 years and raising our family in this area, we understand the value of creating lasting connections. Our commitment is to deliver fair pricing, honest communication, and exceptional craftsmanship, ensuring each client feels like part of our family.
